I'm sure this is the thinking of Brett also .
However his contract has only been extended to the end of announced mining at OP. IMO unless the current BOD back him 100% to develop Buccaneer his way he won't want to extend.
Remember at the AGM he said he had visited Nevada and had seen heap leach operations operate successfully with much lower grades than those at Buccaneer.
