come on guys. if the deal was no good, Amgen would have walked away by now.
The deal is good for Amgen but they want the decks clear, which is exactly what a good
company does. That's how they made all their money. With 19.9% of the company they get
1. a blocking stake
2. seats at the board.
#2 makes me happy. They will make sure Unilife keep a tight ship right up to production
