Would be very surprised to see Amgen discuss UNS or UNIS at this presentation.
They would have multiple deals (no doubt much larger than this) on the go, and unless it is going to have a material effect on Amgens earnings go forward, then no point discussing this.
This deal (if it happens - most here have banked it will) is material to UNS, not to Amgen.
Still believe Amgen could walk away if no agreement is reached. Its easier to walk away from $15m, than whatever the future investment may be (say $100 - $150m) if they now believe after doing DD that its not as good as first thought.
We (UNS) don't want that, and are relying on the professional outfit (Amgen) to 'lead' & 'drive' and ultimately 'deliver' the services and products in order to become a company with an earnings stream.
