I know a few guys who hold stock with Pattos in CR8 and they were politely asked to hold off on selling and wait for the real acquisition
Broker traders later this week will show where the stock is coming from
My guess is retail being the ex MAE holders
As for Pattos backing winning shells, they were in ZIP, SMN and TMP (from memory). They all did well
