If they maintain revenue in 2H and reduce employee and contractor costs then their profit will be much higher.
Have a look of the costs breakdown.
Three items to highlight
1. Employee and contractor costs $20M + higher
2. 1 off Acquisition cost
3. Borrow interest also gone up
2H will be much better results if you take these factors out.
