In my view the Gazetting because without it where are we?
Cleary the Angolan govt want to be involved in the ann through Endiama so suggests a contractual issue like gazetting, JV % equity, hard-rock mining arrangements if L259 is confirmed or similar.
Re-the delayed ann we all know what Angolan time means so no reason for worry in my view.
