The original company was Unitract.
They decided to change the name of the company to Unilife Medical Solutions to differentiate the company name from the product name.UMS to produce Unitract syringes.

Dricko you are right - on listing on the NAS a new company was formed, Unilife Corporation - shares in UMS were converted into the CDI's of UC.

Peri - you started the thread stating stuff and asking questions - glad you sorted it out.
Maybe if you asked the question first (just who owns the IP - no reference to anything) then someone like Dricko may have given the answer. All good now.
