The facts are clear, Galaxy doesn't have the money to develop SdV. A JV partner would finance its equity part and possibly help closing a debt deal but Galaxy would still have to stump up many millions for its equity share in the JV.

Your statement "This thread isn't beneficial to the stock based on a misinterpreted statement." reveals your misconception with regard to what this board is all about. It's not intended to benefit the stock. It's not intended to benefit the company. It's intended to benefit readers, shareholders, investors. This certainly is not accomplished by discrediting different (from yours) but well reasoned opinions as "misinterpreting" or by clogging the board with 40 one-sided cheerleader postings per week.
