On the 4th of March it will be announced that we are to be included in the ASX300. There is a lot of time between now and then. The actual change will occur on the 18th March after the market closes.

IMO PLS is a certainty to be included.
Smart managers try to work out what will be included and start to pick up stock early. That is buying pressure we have in the next 6 weeks. Fund managers are also known to play games to try and unsettle holders of stock into selling, so they can pick them up cheap and improve their performance.

Chart wise, PLS looks fantastic to me for a huge break through 40c at any time now when least expected. Just like last Thursdays sudden rise, the same thing could happen at any time.

My belief is that ALL the expert analysts have underestimated the demand for lithium over the next 10 years. We have a combination of climate change, peak oil and all the major oil producers in the Middle East that is a perpetual powder keg.
Getting off oil reliance onto something local would be most governments wish. For importers it is a huge saving in BOP plus the reduction in pollution. What governments need is a way to replace the tax lost from fuel, then EVs and solar and wind and storage are all go.
This is such disruptive technology and growing at a rate the official figures/stats have not caught up with yet. Plus growth is accelerating.

Mercedes with 12 models of EVs in the near future wont care what the lithium batteries cost, they will incorporate them anyway. Likewise for other quality vehicles.

Lithium can still rise a lot in price!!

Lithium is not Iron ore, There is not the same type of quantity that can just be easily mined. Oversupply will not force down the price of lithium for the foreseeable future. Only if they start finding resources the size of Greenbushes or Pilgangoora every 6 months for a couple of years is oversupply possible.

With the brines, I would be really worried what a lot more production would do to the quality of the lithium in the groundwater they are pumping. Deleterious elements are likely to start showing up in the water over time. All pumping of groundwaters has unknown effects that get found about over time. The brines will be no different and the actual amount of quality lithium they can extract might be much lower than expected.
