The biggest problem for the s/p in the next 2-3 months is the exercising of the 30c options.
If the 59m of the LOMOBs (excluding the 8m placed with Sophs) are exercised ... my guess it will involve up to 30m f/p shares on the market to pay for the exercise money.

Smart investors will sit back and try and get cheap f/p shares.
Unless big players are out there it wont help the s/p.

A super ann will of course take a lot of that problem away... but needs to be considered
