IMHO one of the main reasons why TAS continues to be weak might just be that TAS investors are selling their TAS shares to buy EDE shares so as to have a direct investment in EdenCrete rather than an indirect one through TAS.

At the end of the day the only people to ask why they are selling their TAS are the sellers themselves.

I personally am invested heavily in both EDE & TAS but I must confess that I own twice as many EDE shares, as I wanted a direct investment in EdenCrete and the whole carbon/hyrdogen show.

Having said all this, I believe that TAS will close the gap once it is apparent that TAS will not be the cash cow for EDE anymore i.e. there will be no further CR's required through TAS (or EDE for that matter) to fund the expansion and establishment of EdenCrete as a potent force in the international concrete industry.
