Why would Alex be giving away the raising fee (5% of funds raised) to other brokers and not keep it inhouse?
Maybe they are looking to raise $7M or higher, get it out of the way via sub-underwriters. I like the concept of multi brokers. Concerted pump!
But in a speculative sense, Holt here in Australia cannot be verified so it is what is, bullshit speculation until verified and a fact!
