I agree PointyD and thanks for clarifying ... what I was implying / thinking to any readers.
That's right, you need to be in for the long haul and hold your exercised LOMOB, LOM shares for more than 12 months to get the 50% CGT discount.
In reality, what I thought was going to be a quick short email ... started getting so long that I tried to cut to the chase, and in the process obviously a missed a crucial point and factor.
