I would bet Telstra are behind the bill. They have just set up tele health in Australia but its $90 a visit and no medicare rebate.
We know Telstra have been in contact with RAP. We also know they are spending hundreds of millions investing in tech health - taking over companies all over the world. Telstra see health as a major growth driver over coming years.
The investment case for RAP just gets better every day.
