Who's the Chip Co?? If there is a serious MOU / JV / Partner with this tech why does no one know who it is!!

Lots and lots of guesses and analysis using maps etc etc but why does it remain a mystery??
Its actually not a difficult question and the company should tell valued SH's who they are collaborating with, why make it such a secret!!?
My guess is that the said Chip Co does not want to be named until they do their DD... after all, they only found Xped at a 'RoadShow' by a random meet.
