The one year chart is not a concern , it's function of the markets and a large holder exiting a stock with little liquidity
The uncertainty around the tender is probably further weighing in the SP and it looks like buyers are waiting for the news before commit
The worst case is losing HPE in AUs, gives DDR was awarded the distributor of the year award 3 months ago and is HP biggest AUs buyer , this would be very odd indeed and I assume low probability
The next possibility is the keep AUS but don't pick up NZ - this would be nuetral but still disappointing
The upside of course is picking up NZ and keeping AUS .
Let's see what happens but the worst case scenario would mean the value of DDR is around 120-130 whereas a NZ win would see valuation rise to about 2.20-2.30
Either way it's a nervous wait
