As a solidly patented, platform technology which is streets ahead of existing methods and set to make a real difference in patient management and health care costs, I think the odds are that IPD will be taken over once it can demonstrate that lymphoedema sales are meeting expectations (growing exponentially), together with proof of concept results from the CHF study. It's been my contention (and others) for a while but this raise, and statements like "provides balance sheet strength in the context of high levels of commercial and corporate inquiry being generated by the Company" I interpret as some big guys fishing, and also provide some rationale for the apparent excess funds raised. My guess would be late 2017 at the earliest.
Of course they could do a Cochlear/Resmed, which would suit me just fine as well!
