Surely a profit can be made from a small low ton, high grade CU/AU deposits, simple cost effective mining managed by an competent engineer and a geologist on the ground, low labour cost.

How much does a simple low ton mill cost in Chile? I bet they could quite easily pick one up for a song, maybe Zeff and Co already have a mill in waiting.
Drill the lenses first, before committing to mining the projects?

WTF happened to all the equipment, accommodation block, all of the high grade material and that drill rig arriving soon? All of the ore still stuck in the stopes?

I find it very hard to believe the projects are worth zip.
