Yep seems that way I see serious profitable companies who spend way way less money per quarter than these guys, he better live it while he can, the land scape for oil has changed they will be experiencing hefty pay cuts if went job hunting right now.
If can find a job at all that is, I hope people vote with the check books, if they ask us for money don't participate, I see this company as dead money right now to big of a loss to bother selling.
If sophisticated guys want to do a placement with them have at it, pay there wages I don't care, but for us existing holders, we shouldn't indulge this kind of spending anymore.
