It has just been mentioned on 9 news by Laurie Oaks that Bill Shorten is going to announce that the new labor party policy on negative gearing is going to be only on new properties . Also , the 50% discount on capital gains is going to be reduced to 25% .
No more details at this time but I assume it's going to be officially announced tonight .
