Probly a number of reasons , different for every investor. For me- I need proof this ilusive ball mill actually exists and I need it installed to change my veiw from hold to buy. Im very confident that Cdg will get there in the end and will be a multi bagger but until I see this ball mill in place I'll be content with my current holding. What's your veiw?
