Absolutely agree with your comments re tax and tax concessions, but I am also aware that LOM is dominated by traders looking for gearing from LOMOBs.
If you have read all posts re- trading and gearing potential of LOMOBs over the last month or so, you would realise that there is a significant % of LOMOB holders who are in it to trade.
My understanding of human nature leads me to believe that if there is any signs of weakness in LOM or LOMOB panic will restrict the desire to convert and so will shortage of money.
