Buffalo Bill stands there and tells us that prices have increased 7% in 12 months and thus the market needs to be curbed? I'd like to see him stand up in Mackay, Gladstone, the Pilbara, Darwin or Perth or many other locations and sprout such nonsense.
If governments are concerned about price appreciation in Sydney or any other specific locality then introduce policy to curb only those markets without impacting markets that have seen no growth or declines.
Some markets have seen no growth for 10 years. What do the younger generation living in Sydney have to say? Not, like, my problem, hahaha?
