Im thinking if we don't hear from the company with a solution and 'moving forward' statement by mid next week we pull together as shareholders and call for an EGM under section 249F of the Corporations Act.
This will allow us to direct the Directors to 'please explain' and for us to pass resolutions around spend etc. etc.
Would anyone else support this?
