The second article pre-dates the announcement, so I suggest they based the statement of "currently at 60% production" on the previous qtrs ann as it conflicts with yesterdays report.

Not disputing CBH has plenty of upside, but they really need to focus on getting the job done at Endeavour.

Confidence IMO is what is stalling buyers interest atm, and will probably take a full quarter at full production to gain the punters trust.
