@mitta - I have some questions about timeframes..
What do you normally use when trading? I see you referencing 20min timeframes during a trading day.. Is that because that is the smallest you can get with the Tradeguider setup.. or is it just your personal preference?
Do you see value in "going out" to say a 2 week TF like the ones above to give you confirmation of a trend? Why not 1 week?
It is something I'm struggling with at present.. I have spent the last 9 months studying charting, volume and spread, but find that applied over different timeframes, I tend to get different results..
I used to use 1 min charts and have now pulled back to 5 and or 15 minute charts when trading with the daily for a bit of trend confirmation every once in a while (not as often as I should!) but I am still looking for the "ideal" setup I guess..
Anyone else care to share what timeframes they "normally" use for trading?
Cheers.
