re: biodeisel ann up 18.5 percent If I read correctly it is proposed that a JPT holder will receive 1 share of Biofuels LTDvalue of 50c for every 1.61 to 1.88 JPR share held. This translates into an additional value of 26.6c , and you still kepp your JPR shares.
Have I got that right, sems too good to be true.
