I never said your analysis was wrong. I got you to work out performance based off no gain in share price and then I said work out the management fee if they went backwards and I proved my point.
Sexton and the rest of them are not rewarded unless they continually grow the company and move the sp forward which is what shareholders want. I don't see an issue with that. You think it's a huge issue though which is fair enough.
Also I don't have a care in the world to know your net worth. I don't judge anyone based off net worth. I know a number of rich guys and they are the biggest tools I have ever met.
I was judging your analysis and it has some good points but you fail to accept that management are going to do everything in their power to grow and get the share price higher. It's a pretty darn good incentive for them to do this isn't it?
