Jordan, thanks for the video you posted regarding the performance fee. However I heard Roger Sexton said " the management don't get paid in cash, they get paid in shares. We go into the market and buy the shares." If that's the fact, they are not going to issues new shares to reward management, the amount of shares in the market will remain the same. Hence your theory of dilution seems to me doesn't exist, which really confused me, as I've read many of your recent posts emphasising unfairness to shareholders due to this dilution device. Could you enlight me? Thanks in advance.
