I think it's a given that there is a bit of cash squeeze atm, with the push for expansion in the Americas and the building of the new facility. Why else would they negotiate new debt terms, with $90m available.
I'm assuming a ramp up in debt, and even with paying for Nova completely with debt and completing the facility, we might have $50-$60m in debt drawn down. $60m in debt gives about a 20% debt to equity level, hardly concerning or 'overstretched'.
ALL at last FY has 200% debt to equity.
