But you are both pushing the envelope to state that he worked for Qualcomm on the chip.
He had taken funds via a university research program supported by Qualcomm.
This is not the most important aspect of BRN right now, but we should check what is fact and what is not.
As far as I can see there is no factual aspect to the claims being made. It is a gross exaggeration of the truth. A little like Peter being a senior whatever at IBM. Grandstanding at best, deceitful at worse.
