You sound like the bloke that wanted to create a supremacist Aryan race.
Seems you put no value on family members capacity to contribute regardless
of intellect.
Most of the migrants to this country including the original ones on the convict ships were actually from the lower socio economic parts of the countries from which they came. Life was a struggle in their own countries probably because of lack of opportunity and lack of access to a decent education and no food on the table.
Yet they made Australia what it is today and one of the reasons for the success is the universal access to compulsory education for all Australians and our tolerant democratic system of government.
The children of all migrants arriving here will have access to education and skills training and will have the capacity to contribute positively in Australia as has occurred in the past.
Many of the past migrants worked in unskilled jobs but their children had access to an education and were then able to transition into the whole spectrum of occupations in our society, whether as builders, doctors, nurses, shop assistants, engineers, all making a valuable contribution to this country.
It doesn’t matter that within a family one child may become a doctor, whereas another takes up a trade and another works in a shop or factory assembly line. They all contribute and are equally valued members of the family.
So you can stick your supremacist above average intelligence requirement for migrants where the sun don’t shine.
