this jr oiler . have been reading annual report(dec' 02) on this.
suggests it is firmly placed in an increasingly 'popular' region in the philippines and set to take advantage of new technology capable of working previously uneconomical sites . also has good partnerships.
cashflow/balance figures need to improve however before one could feel unreserved as opposed to merely hopeful optimism .
gurus got any comments . i hold from old and am thinking of adding now
