    Analogue company MBT is valued at $125m , 36% of $125m is $45m divide by allocation 1.7 shares= $26.5m ,,,, value of residual shell = $10m (pre-nu deal) ... Enterprise value = $36.5m.
    Current JPR mkt cap =81m shs x .165 = $13.36m

    Ok there are some more placement shares to come , plus likely dilution from oppies conversion , but still half price at these levels ... imo.
