I strongly suspect, because Lapdog's hatred of Abbott is so intense, that there is religious bigotry involved. We have Lapdog's carping posts on his dissatisfaction with purported Church involvement in Abbotts decision making, when any unbiased person would allow others to hold views contrary to their own.
Abbott is a morally upright person who would subjugate his own personal views to the will of the majority.....something we all should aspire to Lapdog.
