But if we participate in the DRP for the special dividend, our proportional ownership of the company is not affected, right?
ARB usually sets the DRP price lower than the market price at the time of the announcement. Hence, assuming there is no market meltdown, we can get an immediate gain on our DRP allocation.
This is another example of the board looking after the shareholders.
