If buyout happens AMGN will buy all the shares at an agreed price. As Unilife top guys have shares @ $3.50(I think so) UNIS share we expect a buyout at $3.50 or more per UNIS share which is approximately 82c per UNS share.
If that happens SP will be 82c or above(depends on how market sees the future+ various other factors including the power of DTs).
I assume SP will skyrocket and then retrace back to around 80-90c.
Guys please correct me if I am wrong.
