Wow, I've been away for a few hours and this thread reads like a horror story! All we know is that the price is declining due to no announcement. Anything else is pure speculation. I have no emotional attachment to the stock but I am HOLDING due to the organic progression of announcements, registering of company name, reported visits to brokers, Alex reportedly telling HC member in his lobby the deal will go through, and confidence in the technology. How good the deal will be and how the SP will rise afterwards I have no idea, but I am not selling a single goddamn share!
