the recent anns havent been exciting enough to generate a gold rush mentality. For instance, the AFEB report argued the pros and cons of QFT and concluded by saying that it "appears to have distinct advantages in a military setting".
Whilst initially this might appear ambivalent the language could also be interpreted as a ringing endorsement if viewed as having come from the governments' peak representative body of the US military.
Its just too subtle for most punters.
