I imagine old peoples homes/hospitals where instead of a nurse going round and giving the patient an HJ and syringe injection, they have people wired up so a nurse just has to check once a day and refill once a day. These devices arent for bear grylls super active adventurous sky diving, its for people who arent able to do the 30 second jab with consistency/right dose.
