Could not agree more! It would seem an announcement regarding recruitment for Phase II trial is imminent - this will be a major turning point in the research process - getting more series now. I suspect a jump to around 8c at some point in the near future - but sp will likely fluctuate / stagnate during the data collection process as impatient holders , well, become impatient. Smart investors will see this one out until early in 2017...
