I am not surprised . I raised this possibility in a couple of previous posts some time back and thought it would have been tested by now.
The fact it was'nt made me consider the positives of having PDN on board and that SMM were happy with the new partner.
This can now only mean that SMM thinks the price is too cheap and is looking after the shareholders interests. I noted in VUL's just released qrty report no drilling had been done at Valhalla over the last 3 months ,yet SMM has been producing results from its 100% owned tenements. Legal action is never good but SMM looks to win either way. It either has it all ;or it still ends up as Manager with all the rights plus a strong soon to be uranium producer in Paladin. IMHO
