Bullant ....... Unfortunately CNE have a major problem with the Indian govern which am sure you know about and this IMO is the reason that it's SP has not reflected at this point the Senegal discovery, however if you take that issue out of the equation the CNE SP has held up admirely well in the oil route, do yourself a favour and compare CNE to TUL you you will understand just how well, I stand by my statement that CNE have the cash in hand plus the Kracken and Catcher developments (the reason for their cash burn) which they can either on sell (as Whiskey point d out) or use the free cash flow from those to develop Senegal.
