There have to be losers, else we'd all be rich, if you have a loser, and practice sound Money Management and cut losses in timely manner, you didn't make a mistake. You did exactly the right thing. If you didn't, then learn for next time, and be ever present to the susceptibility of violating basic rules..
As they say, " Take care of your losers, and your winners will take care of themselves".
I realize this is easier said that done, but we literally have no choice.
