I am sure you know companies moving into a new market as part of an expansion strategy have existing competition to face just as Optus vod m2 had with Telstra

considering you are someone who has decided to sell their Tls shares and is currently possessing an apprehensive and extremely negative state of mind towards the company and its prospects I will recommend DO NOT BUY TLS!! you will lose your money due to anxiety & panic naturally experienced by purchasing a stock you are not sure about.
Reading your post it sounds to me like you are happy to hide under a rock because every one in the free market is competing and no I am not picking on you! Please read your post again and try to see it from the readers point of view it sounds like nothing is worth trying because everyone is doing it, or competing in that field, now if every one saw it that way we wouldn't have a functioning stock market and no stock is worth investing in.
Again I will say I am not picking on you but your post suggests you should stay out of the stock market because there is competition and threat everywhere
