To see even $13.00 before next Wednesday is a big call - I would suggest (all things being equal) maybe $12.25 or thereabouts. A good report may see $13.50 'ish.
Once the budget is out of the way and if there are no surprises, then maybe $14.50 'ish. If there are any surprise announcements then stand back.
