Well it's an unenviable situation where they disappear off your brokerage account - at least mine have - so one can't sell off on market either. So doesn't help waiting around for the extension to come around. Just hope that a) there is really something wrong with the acceptances or b) retail holders wake up and remember to commit their shares. Either way considering how long it's been it's abit concerning to be not making much headway to the 50% mark.
I believe there were some conditions in the book where irrevocable pledgings could be reversed? Probably in the event there was an alternative offer - so unlikely anyone could, but just something to note.
