All for raising funds if the company actually needs the money.
The mine should throw off at least A$70M in cash this year without breaking a sweat, worst case only a small raising is needed.
This has nothing to do with the financing the company needs to move forward.
Plenty of evidence to suggest the management have been working toward this from day one.
