I think Bal managment is trying to protect their company. If they reveal that their npat is now over 300% from last year, yet 20% increase in price will shoot this npat into the 500% for the 2h2016. This news will then goes to consumer and they will find it very difficult to answer on facebook. On facebook they have already find it hard to answer to the customers about their share price increase from last year, means they made heaps of money but still wanted to increase the infant formula price.
Unfortunately, for us we need to wait for the next 2h16. Bal management has weigh the option of not revealing the 2h16 ebit vs reveal. No reveal will cause a temporary decrease in sp but if they reveal they will lose customers. So I think they have decided not to reveal to keep the customers happy. By august 16 when the 2h16 came out no body can recall price increase in late nov 15 anymore and will not hammer on facebook if our ebit is 25-30% of sales.
