When I first looked into ASW some time ago, I had concerns about their exposure to resources and WA. The company themselves even noted a decline in revenue because of this at one point if I recall.
Thinking further though, as long as companies stay listed then ASW is probably going to do OK. All these backdoor listings, consolidations, capital raisings all require registry services.
Each time a mailout occurs, SPP is implemented etc - ASW get to take their little cut. Certainly a great track record in any case and plenty of skin in the game.
